The platform captures leads from Facebook Lead Ads and Property24 enquiries, responds via WhatsApp in seconds, and follows up automatically over the next 48 hours — so agents close more deals without spending more time in front of a screen.

Built for the SA market

ViewFlow is not a global CRM ported to South Africa. It is built specifically for how SA agents work: WhatsApp-first, commission-based, often solo or in small teams, and deeply dependent on portal traffic from Property24 and Facebook.

Pricing is in Rand. Payments go through PayFast. WhatsApp automation is tuned to the response windows that convert SA buyers.

The team

ViewFlow is founded and operated from Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The founder spent years watching agents use the same manual follow-up workflow — copy a number, open WhatsApp, type a message, forget to follow up the next day — and built the tool that ends that loop.
